UPI-AGRO production units finished harvesting of early grains

On August, 13 production units of "UKRPROMINVEST-AGRO" have finished harvesting of early grain crops. Winter wheat was harvested on the area of 17 thousand ha; the average yield amounted 7,05 t/ha, which is 30% higher than last year ( 5.4 t/ha) and 53% higher than the average index in Ukraine, which, according to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy is 4.6 t/ha as of August 12, 2021.

Thus, in total the company harvested this season almost 121 thousand tons of winter crops. This is one of the best indexes of the company over the past five years.

The highest yield of winter wheat within the company was at “Klembivka” unit by “Podillia” 7,42 t/ha on the area of 2730 ha.

Along this barley was harvested from the area of 150 hectares with the yield of 5.75 t/ha. The average yield in Ukraine is 4,16 t/ha.
